Venus Fly Trap (Dionaea muscipula 'Dente')
3.25" pot available for only: $3.69

This Venus Fly Trap has deep green leaves, and the hairs along the edge of the trap are fused, creating small triangles. Winter and early summer leaves are 3 to 6 inches long, with traps 1 to 1 1/4 inches long. 3 to 10 white flowers appear in early to midsummer. A great terrarium plant, it can be used alone or with other carnivorous plants, ferns and tropicals.
Asian pitcher plant (Nepenthes ventricosa)
4.5" pot available for only: $3.95

A low grower with long, strappy leaves and red pitchers with darker red variegation. Grows as a climbing or scrambling vine, and makes a cool  hanging plant. Grow in loose moist, but well-drained soil — try a mix of peat, perlite, bark, and vermiculite. Grow plants in bright, diffused light with high humidity.
'Dana's Delight' Pitcher Plant (Sarracenia x 'Dana's Delight')
4.5" pot available for only: $3.95

This tall, upright pitcher plant has a ruffled hood covering most of the pitcher opening, with dark red veins and pink shades. This variety is unique because the red coloration shows year-round. Clumping, upright growth grows 2 to 3 feet. These are bog plants, so they like wet feet and high humidity. Try a terrarium planting for easy maintenance!
Sensitive Plant (Mimosa pudica)
3.25" pot available for only: $3.69

Ferny foliage and puff pink flowers give this plant the look of a miniature mimosa tree. Even cooler, when you touch the foliage it folds up and collapses! Also called tickle me plant or shy plant, this is a fun plant for classrooms and makes a great gift for that special young botanist in your life.
'Doodle Bug' Pitcher Plant (Sarracenia x 'Doodle Bug')
4.5" pot available for only: $7.95

6-10" bright green pitchers fade to cream towards the caps, and the entire pitcher has intricate red veining. These plants love boggy soil, but will grow in moist but well drained conditions. Very pretty in a shallow dish garden surrounded by Irish moss. Deep burgundy flowers appear on tall stems in spring and summer.
Firetail Chenille Plant (Acalypha pendula)
3.25" pot available for only: $3.69

A cool novelty plant with fuzzy red tails that look like woolly caterpillars. Leaves are rounded and about the size of a nickel. Trouble free in terms of pests and disease, but rather finicky in its culture, it does best when grown dry with high light and warm temperatures in winter. In summer, plants require partial to full shade and daily water. Regular feeding with organic fertilizer will grow longer tails. Great for hanging baskets and trailers in combination planters.
