Diatomaceous Earth is the finely ground fossils of prehistoric fresh water diatoms that physically cut up the internal organs of insects killing them relatively quickly while leaving no harmful chemical residue, making this product a good choice for vegetable and herb gardens when pest control is needed. Kills household and garden pests like cockroaches, ants, slugs, fleas, beetles and most other insects within 48 hours of contact. The downside is that beneficial insects are also killed, so use this product only in emergency, like a sudden infestation of squash beetles. Ready to use puffer applicator makes it easy to put the product under foliage where bugs hang out.

Use caution when applying product as powder will harm mucous membranes of the eyes and nose. Wear protective eye wear, mask and gloves when using product. |
