Small violet-purple, lilac-like blooms begin in late spring continue without let up through summer until frost. Very fragrant, these little known shrubs grow with a low, mounding habit 1-1 1/2' tall with a 2' spread. Plant in full sun to partial shade. Prefers moist soil if grown in full sun. Plants may be slow to break dormancy in the spring, so be patient. Grows only 1-2' high and wide.
